📦 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• A return request has been submitted and approved by our customer support team

2. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error:
➤ We will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons:
➤ The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless caused by merchant error.

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

We accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours after the order is placed, as long as the order has not been shipped.

2. Important Notes

• Shipped orders can no longer be canceled.

• Cancellation is eligible if requested before the order is processed.

💰 Refunds

Once approved:

• Refunds go to the original payment method

• Processing: 3–5 business days

• Issued after inspection of returned items
